Putting The "Neighbor" Back in the "Hood"
The mission of (RNCDC) is to be a catalyst for suitable and affordable housing for low to moderate income residents and to stimulate economic development within neighborhoods immediately adjacent to Frayser through the establishment of social, economic, educational and affordable housing development initiatives that collectively increase the stability and sustainability of our community.
 
Rangeline CDC is working on a senior housing development to bring affordable housing to seniors.
This is a new initiative we are bringing to Frayser to bring Unity in the Community.
Prepare our residents for job opportunities and life skills. We have partnered with Neighborhood Christian Center to provide computer training.        
Rangeline CDC has received numerous awards and recognition to confirm that our hard work and dedication is being recognized.
Rangeline CDC has partnered with Lifeline to Success and City of Memphis to assist in controling blight in our community. In addition, Rangeline has several community cleanups throughout the year.
